The Core Skills workshop is the Beginning of your Journey.

A day where you will meet others interested in NLP and personal development, and enjoy learning new skills. You'll even learn some Derren Brown tricks along the way!
An informal day that allows everyone to ask questions, practise some of the skills, and experience first hand the benefits of learning NLP. Lots of practical exercises, no pressure, with hardly any writing or note taking. No exams, no tests, just an enjoyable day, all about YOU!

Course Content:

• Overview of NLP (What's it for?)
• History of NLP (How did it start?)
• Setting achievable goals and outcomes (How to actually achieve your goals!)
• How we represent the real world (Why do you think like you do?)
• Introduction to filters and submodalities (What we do with information from our 5 senses)
• Rapport and Communication (Getting people to like you, and communicate with whoever you choose)
• Pacing and Leading (Great techniques for sales and business, and personal relationships)
• Representational Systems (Why are people different. How can we notice the difference and use it to communicate)
• Eye Accessing Cues (A useful tool for any interaction, allows you to know how another person is thinking)
• Perceptual Positions (How to really see things from another persons point of view, with a new outlook on relationships)
